Somewhat Distressing Attributes of God

Develop a reverence for God.
Understand that these attributes of God are not contradictory to his love and mercy, but they are an integral part of his complete character.
If you're uncomfortable with these ‘distressing attributes’ of God, if you're uncomfortable with those less popular attributes perhaps you need to change your perspective.
When our perception of reality is refuted by God's Word - we need to change our perception.
